Not a newby and not a neanderthal either. In other words, a real man, not a boy, a 'player', a 'macho', or a pretender. There is an internal conflict in me between 'nice guy' who holds the door for the ladies, and is a true gentleman, and the 'nasty guy' who dominates and controls and wants to discipline. How should I resolve this conflict ? Words I think of that apply to me: honest, caring, humorous, intelligent, well read, interested, down to earth.
