Love
It is what feeds me at my deepest, loving and being loved by an amazing man, someone who I would respect as my coworker, as my lover and partner, as a friend, but mostly as human being.
I don’t want our relationship to be built on toys or kinks or pretense but on respect, adoration, and Love I want to love him because the smile on his face, and in his eyes when he looks at me. I want to snuggle my nose in close to catch his scent and mark my memory with its call. I want to love him because even when I can’t stand the site of him, I can’t bear the thought of a life without him.
If all I wanted were a flogging or a spanking or even sex, I could find that any time. What I want is a man who not only understands I am many women all at the same time but a man who delights in all the women I am at the same time even if he doesn’t get it. I want a man who is strong enough to share his thoughts, and fears as well as his triumphs.
When he touches my skin I can feel my flesh rise to meet his touch as if every pore were dying of thirst and he were the Nile river.

I only pray I have the courage to embrace him when he arrives. It takes courage to be that vulnerable and that important to another there is such possibility for hurt and pain that it’s easy to forget about the blessings, and throw it away. Some would say I have a pipe dream and to get real which is code for “settle” I’m not willing to settle because I know he is near I can feel him in my soul and I will continue listening and waiting for the sound of his heart beat near mine.
As for today I shall prepare dinner as if he where joining me. I shall shower and shave as if his hands would be discovering any missed hair. I shall buy scented soaps to bathe him in no scrub brush needed as I shall use my body for that. I have thick sliced bacon in the frig for his breakfast and a subscription to the morning paper because he likes to read it with his coffee. And tomorrow night is erotic dance class because I like to feel sexy for him and he likes me to seduce him.
