As my profile indicated I'm 65 and in good health. Physically, I am not a gym buff, and I don’t have abs of steel, however I am not a slouch or a couch potato, I do not go to gym, I do not work out, you’re my workout( evil wicked grin) however, I do have a activities which keeps me in shape.
