I am 43, fit and healthy, both mentally and physically. I am currently exploring every aspect of my being.I am working on developing a totaly authentic personalility! Five years ago I gave up a rather hedonistic lifestyle to focus on my own personal development. I took up Yoga, Meditation, Shiatsu, NLP, Journey work, Family constellation work, a foundation year in Psychosynthesis psychotherapy and the Landmark forum (a life management course).
