Due to some email/messages I have received in the past I need to say this up front;

I am a Sadist which means I like to give pain; at times I can be extreme. But in 30 years I have never caused permanent or long-lasting injuries to my partners, I ALWAYS put safety first. The way I was taught was that you had to experience everything first before you could do it to someone else. I NEVER go beyond any boundaries you impose. If you set hard limits, I will never broach them.

What I look for in a potential full-time partner is by some account idealistic, and to some unrealistic, but I do not think so. Yes, I have placed the bar very high, as I think everyone should when looking for a long-term relationship.

I first look to see if the other person is serious about the responsibilities of the relationship, this has nothing to do with how good they are at play.

It has to do with their need and willingness to serve, can their most basic fundamental needs be met by doing nothing more being in the same room and silent?

Is this person going to be absolutely loyal and honest with me, for that is what I give in return.

Are this person's morals based on personal integrity, personal honor and following the most honorable path available to them. Has nothing to do with the moral's society, the government or religious groups force on us.

Does this person have a high self-esteem and have a high self-worth, if not can it be brought out and enhanced through training with the Dominant.

Is this person's heart and soul dedicated to the lifestyle as a way of life? Not some fad or means of obtaining kinky sex and erotic play.

Is this person trustworthy can I tell them my most intimate secrets.

Will this person trust me not only to tell me their most intimate secrets but trust me as a Dominant to the point where they willing give up the right to any limits or safe word?

Does this person want and crave to go down the same path I am on, the type of play I enjoy. Are they a Masochist, a pain slut in every sense of those words; are they a Masochist, if not are they willing and able to learn.

Does this person crave to explore and expand their knowledge of the lifestyle as a way of life?
