I am a fairly small woman, five feet tall and about 110 pounds. I do have a weakness for a man big enough to make me feel my size, I don't think it is "modern" but I absolutely LOVE being hauled off over a shoulder for any reason. I love books, and music, of almost all kinds. I just plain adore cooking, and do as much of that as I possibly can. I find great pleasure in feeding someone an amazing meal. I don't like to be the one who sets and plans the dates, I am a bit old fashioned (secretly) but I would hope something to do with being outside. I don't generally go about with people who don't know me well enough to know what I like, so I would hope that is taken into consideration. I think a close-to-perfect date would have to involve a nice meal, preferably homemade, and then either a movie or a hike.

To open a center which will give special needs people, be it children or adults, can go to get the kind of care and stimulation that we all deserve. There seem to be a lot of people in deep rural areas who need these opportunities but don't get them. I would like to change that, maybe open a camp in the mountains where the kids could go on horseback ride or fish and have bonfires.

I look for someone I can hold an intelligent conversation with. Someone who is kind, considerate, and respectful. I think at least one common interest is important, because although people say opposites attract, I just don't buy that. There has to be a basis for initial conversation besides a purely physical interest. I detest a snob, and will go toe to toe at the drop of a dime with whomever decides to cause an issue for someone with special needs or an other handicap. I have also been known to throw down with animal abusers.
