To meet somewhere for a drink or two to calm my nerves down because that first encounter gets me insanely nervous. Then if we are good, dinner would be nice followed by something to go do or see together...listen to a band, take a walk, window shop, play pool...something so that we can get to know one another in a not so one on one setting. Then bring on the one on one....

Playing out a doctor/patient scenario...but the doctor is a bit twisted and has to have his patient restrained for his exam. He has a nurse suddenly appear that he instructs how to assist him in many ways as he oversees the exam then he does an exam of my bottom half himself while his nurse is examing the top half.
